Jelil Bouraoui has over
35 years of professional international experience.
Before he founded Jelil
Bouraoui & Co in January 1981, Jelil worked with french
CPA firms in Paris, that he left after three years, in 1973,
to join "Coopers & Lybrand" in Paris then in Toronto.
From 1986 to 2001, he represented Andersen Worldwide
Organization in Tunisia. He disconnected Andersen from Tunisia
early 2002 and legally in September 2002. He is a full member
of MOORE STEPHENS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED and MOORE STEPHENS
EUROPE since January 2003.
From a social and personal
points of view, he is a Member of:
- The Lions Club
- Several Chambers of Commerce (USA, Canada, Italy, Netherlands, Germany, France)
- Friendship Tunisian / Canadian Association
- Honorary President of the Tunisian Association of the Social Defense
- Honorary Consul of the Republic of Estonia in Tunisia

In 2001, he has been awarded
the National Merit Medal by the Tunisian Republic President,
Zine El Abidine Ben Ali.
